Our Commitment To Privacy

We take customer privacy seriously and do not sell or give out any client information.

We will use contact information ONLY to contact you for the purposes of providing services and for customer service. We DO NOT sell or share information about individual customers with any third party unless the third parties are acting on our behalf, for example to a delivery services, or as permitted or required by law.

All documents and conversations are kept strictly within the organization. Information is only shared at the request of the parent/guardian and a release of information form must be completed by the parent/guardian.

We may also use non-personal information to compile tracking information reports regarding Web Site user demographics, Web Site traffic patterns, and Web Site purchases. None of the tracking information in the reports can be connected to the identities or other personal information of individual users. Any such information we collect will purely be used for system administration and to improve our performance and services.

Cancel with Notice (minimum 3 business days notice)

To cancel a registration and receive a refund, you are required to provide cancellation notice by email at least 72 hours before the start of your course. You will be refunded the entire registration fee.

Cancel without  Notice or with less than 72 hours notice

50% of the fee amount will be refunded for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the start of your course.

Unfortunately we will not be giving refunds for no-shows.

Absence due to Illness

Please notify DTSH Services in advance (i.e. before the start time of the course) of any absence due to illness.

If we find a participant is unwell, we will request they opt out of the current course and reschedule to a different date.  No extra fees will be charged for transferring to a different date in these circumstances.

Individuals with more serious medical conditions or allergies should consult a doctor prior to attendance. DTSH Services does not assume any risk or liability for injuries or illness that may result from your participation in our courses/programs.

Course Cancellations by DTSH Services

In the rare event of cancellation by DTSH Services participants may choose either a full refund or to transfer the fee to another date.

DTSH Services will attempt to notify participants at least 48 hours in advance if possible.

Courses may be rescheduled in case of inclement weather or winter storms and DTSH Services will do its utmost to notify participants as much in advance as possible.
